In terms of legal procedures, TASECO Land has completed all necessary legal procedures to ensure the project 's timely implementation. As of now, the construction permit has been issued, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been approved, and fire safety procedures have been finalized. Land clearance, one of the most crucial steps, has been substantially complete at 95%, ensuring that the project will not face significant obstacles during the implementation phase. Immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, infrastructure work will commence. The project will be carried out in three phases. In the first phase, nearly 100 hectares are expected to be handed over to investors in Q1 2025. Subsequent phases will continue with the plan to complete handover by the end of 2025. This ensures that investors can quickly commence production and business operations, taking full advantage of the industrial park's benefits.
