- The company was officially renamed to TASECO Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (TASECO Land)
- The Green Park Mong Cai Project was finished
- The Nam Dinh Textile and Garment Urban Area Project was finished

2017

We launched the following projects

- À La Carte Halong Bay Luxury Condotel

2019

Important milestone

We continued to expand our business and participated in bidding sessions and auctions to accumulate a larger amount of land in such cities and provinces as Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Ha Nam, Bac Giang, Quang Binh, Phu Quoc, etc..

We successfully increased our charter capital to 2,700 billion VND

- The A La Carte Halong Bay Luxury Condotel Project was finished
